Individual Counselling

50 min - $150 (Sliding Scale $100+) | 75 min - $195 (Sliding Scale $130+)

Identity, gender, shame, sex, kink, neurodiversity, grief, trauma, relationships, teens.

In our chats, my goal is for the process to feel like you are making an intentional choice every step of the way. You’re here because you want change.. in your relationships to others, to yourself, to the trajectory of your life. My role is to firstly find what factors of your unique lived experience and intersections of identity are important. How did you adapt to your social environment? What ways of being got you through the world to this point? I trust that we will find pathways forward that used to feel closed off.

I value finding how you can feel completely heard and supported because that means you can access what you need to within yourself find clarity, heal, communicate, and move forward. My style is direct, curious, and caring. Our work will integrate all aspects of your human experience together: the soma (body / sensation), images and stories, emotions, and beliefs.

Couples and Relationship Therapy

50 min - $180 (Sliding Scale $120+) | 75 min - $240 (Sliding Scale $160+)

Partners usually enter therapy after holding concerns for a long time. Sometimes, a sudden rupture has led you here. In our sessions, we’ll re-connect with what first drew you to each other, build (or re-build) authentic empathy, and provide space to slow down to learn new ways of communication. In our sessions, my approach is rooted in Gottman Method and EFT. Through an attachment-based lens, we will explore practical communication tools and broader cycles of what happens when you’re both activated and pitfalls for escalating conflict. We will find unique solutions for what you are holding and what feels heavy. We will track the patterns of behaviours, thoughts, emotions, needs, and reactions in the relationship.

Relationship Check-ins:

110 min - $200 (Sliding Scale: open to discussion)

Check-ins are collaborative and structured sessions for partners to communicate honestly and vulnerably. You will learn to do check-ins on your own as an important part of a relationship that fosters mutual appreciation and accountability. Check-ins can be booked as standalone sessions or in addition to relationship sessions.

I offer space for you to navigate developing a check-in that feels nourishing and productive. We’ll explore turning needs into an action-oriented plan & how to get there. In facilitated check-ins, we'll collaborate with a structured model called a RADAR (Review; Agree to Agenda; Discuss; Action Points; Reconnect). Learn more about RADARs here.
